Usaru is an ordinary rabbit boy who inherited a monkey suit from his grandma. By wearing the monkey suit and eating a banana, he magically transforms into Usarusan, the superhero.
Usaru comes from a mix of the Japanese words usagi (rabbit), and saru (monkey). If you are ever in trouble, please call him for help!
